Horticulture

Students learn about plant life cycles, climate, and how humans increase productivity through genetic selection, soil amendment, and environmental controls. Students will often be encouraged to design and carry out an individual experiment or project in conjunction with our greater class goals. An overview of tools and maintenance of landscaped spaces will also be included.
